Barplots of top-100 enriched features
The barplots show the fraction of probes from each of the probe groups on the detection arrays in the top-100 enriched features. A successful pulldown/hyb should show strong enrichment for the probe group corresponding to the factor used in the pulldown experiment.
Image plots
The heatmaps show the effect of motif spacing on the probe enrichment for the four possible motif pair combinations. The plots below show the median enrichment as a function of motif spacing across all 10x10 8-mer combinations. These plots have been made after aligning the 8-mers and correcting each 8-mer for orientation (+/-) and offset. I plan to do an additional correction for overall gomer-score to reduce the background noise.
