Microarray profiling was performed in replicate in dye reversal format for each 
transcription factor experiment (overexpression or deletion) and the 
supplemental data on the Hughes lab web site shows each replicate separately.  

For example, OE+ refers to the empty vector and TF overexpression labelled with 
Cy3 and Cy5 dyes respectively, while the dye reversal applies for OE- (the 
empty vector and TF overexpression are labelled with Cy5 and Cy3 dyes 
respectively).  

Similarly for the TF deletion mutants, for exapmle, WT/adr1+ 
refers to WT and the adr1 mutant labelled with Cy3 and Cy5 dyes respectively 
and the WT/adr1- has the opposite dye labelling orientation.
