bowtiepromoterlibPE*.* - the bowtie paired end library to which the reads were mapped

20110802_PromoterLibResults/read1.fq - forward read

20110802_PromoterLibResults/read2.fq - the barcode read

20110802_PromoterLibResults/read3.fq - reverse read

barcodes_tag_name.txt - the mapping of barcodes to GFP sorting bin

The command to align reads was:
