The entries are log P-values for each category of genes in the
microarray data for that mutant, according to the Kolmogorov-Smirnov
test.  These represent the likelihood that that group of genes would be
expressed higher or lower than an identical-sized group of
randomly-selected genes, by chance.  Positive numbers mean the genes in
the category went up.  Negative numbers mean the category went down.
