please contact Tim Hughes (t dot hughes at utoronto dot ca) using an easily interpreted subject line (e.g. "application for postdoctoral position"). All applications should include an up-to-date CV, as well as a transcript (for undergraduates) and references (one or two for undergraduates, three or more for postdoctoral and staff positions).
The Hughes lab offers research positions to undergraduates from time to time. Interested undergraduates should send a statement of interest and transcript to Dr. Hughes.
The Hughes lab is a part of the Graduate Department of Molecular and Medical Genetics at the University of Toronto, which has a central admissions committee and a rotation system. Students interested in graduate studies should apply directly to the program.
Applications for postdoctoral positions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Recent or future graduates with skills, experience, and publications in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, and/or statistical data analysis are particularly encouraged to apply.
Applications from accomplished researchers with relevant expertise are always welcomed.
